Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our subscription services.
1. Refund Eligibility
Because our platform grants immediate digital access to actionable report generation structures, sales of all subscription packages are generally considered final and non-refundable.
However, we may consider issuing a refund within 3 days of the original purchase if:
- You have not consumed any (0) report generation quota from the purchased plan.
- There was a technical error on our side that prevented you from accessing the service entirely.
- A duplicate charge occurred by mistake.
2. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us immediately at our support email with your Transaction ID, Registered Email, and reason for the request. We will inspect your account usage logs. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days via Razorpay.
3. Cancellations
You can stop using the service at any time. Active quotas will simply expire at the end of their stated validity period. We do not currently enforce automatic recurring billing; all purchases are one-time contextual top-ups.
